All products will be shipped, by Royal Mail, as soon as possible subject to availability of stock and credit clearance. We ship Worldwide!

Orders are normally shipped within 24hrs, orders placed throughout Saturday and Sunday, will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Please Note: All Delivery times are estimates, if your delivery does not arrive within the set delivery period please wait 10 working days before contacting us. Royal Mail stipulate that 10 working days is the required time period before an item is classified as lost, unfortunately we cannot process any replacements before this period.

Our Packing Hens earn extra bonus tokens when processing Band A products such as memory cards, MP3 players, batteries, etc. They collect these tokens and put them toward days out, extra DVD rentals, flying lessons and the like!. They are so clucking happy with their token scheme they dont charge us for postage on these items and hence you get free delivery, its that simple! Your item will normally be dispatched within 24hrs or less from placing your order and you should receive your items within 2 - 4 days.

Standard Delivery - UK

Your item will normally be dispatched within 24hrs or less from placing your order and you should receive your items within 2 - 4 days. If you receive any extra, unwanted, items in your parcel - such as eggs, straw, beaks or feathers - please inform us. We have been made aware of an in-house competition between our packing hens to send out the heaviest parcel. We are doing everything in our control to find the ring leader, of this latest prank, and we appreciate your co-operation.

Standard Delivery - Europe / USA and Canada / Rest of World

We only use our fittest of delivery cockerels for these long distant deliveries, each cockerel undergoes a strict exercise regime to maintain peak fitness and stamina levels. As with all our deliveries your order will normally be dispatched within 24hrs or less from placement. Depending on prevailing winds, deliveries can take between 3 - 7 working days for Europe and 5 to 14 days for USA, Canada and Rest of World deliveries. When our long distance delivery cockerels arrive please don't invite them for a cuppa. Their little legs are prone to seizing up if our trained masseuses do not give them a proper rub down on return. Don't worry if they look a little haggard we make sure each one has a packed lunch with the proper energy food they need to make the round trip.
